How is a dedicated route priced?+
Against committed volume and schedule rather than per job, so a daily run is not priced as a string of one-off bookings. Routes are quoted individually by our operations team.
Can we start with a trial period?+
Yes. A route can start with a short trial on the live schedule before longer terms are agreed — ask for one when you request route pricing.
Do we get the same driver each day?+
That is the intent of a dedicated route — a named driver and vehicle assigned to your schedule, with backup coverage arranged for absences.
