How quickly can you collect?+
Across Central Florida, within about two hours of our Orlando base, rush and ASAP bookings are dispatched immediately to the nearest available driver. In the Orlando metro most collections happen within 60 to 90 minutes; farther out in Central Florida the collection window is confirmed when we quote. Same-day bookings across that area are collected and delivered within the working day. Further afield, deliveries are booked as scheduled or dedicated runs.
What does a delivery cost?+
The price is calculated from vehicle type, distance, urgency and any special handling, and you see it upfront when you book online, before you confirm anything. Quoting costs nothing.
Do I need an account to book?+
No. You can book as a guest and pay the driver in cash, or be invoiced if you hold an approved business account. We never collect card details on the website.
Can you carry medical or temperature-sensitive items?+
Yes. We handle lab specimens, pharmacy orders and medical equipment with chain-of-custody documentation, and offer refrigerated, frozen and controlled room temperature transport where the job requires it.
How do I know it arrived?+
Every completed job is closed with a photograph of the item in place, a digital signature from whoever received it, and a GPS-stamped time. All three are attached to your booking and emailed to you.
