Courier service areas · Florida. Delivering across Florida.

We are based in Orlando and our drivers cover the whole state. Same-day is standard across Central Florida; longer lanes to Jacksonville, Miami, Naples and the Panhandle run as scheduled or dedicated routes.

Where we run

Cities we cover in depth

These are the metros with their own pages. Each covers what we can carry there, the locations it reaches, and how quickly we can get to them.

Orange County

Orlando

Orlando is our home base — we operate out of Lake Ellenor Drive, minutes from the 528 and I-4, which keeps rush collections across the metro quick. Every service we offer runs here: specimens out of Lake Nona Medical City, parts across the dealership corridor, and final-mile from warehouses south of the airport.

Osceola County

Kissimmee

Kissimmee sits about twenty minutes south of our base, so it is comfortably inside same-day range. The mix here leans toward hospitality and healthcare — supplies into the resort corridor along 192, and specimen and pharmacy runs between clinics and the Orlando labs.

View area

Seminole County

Sanford

Sanford and the wider Seminole County corridor is heavy on distribution and trade supply, and that shapes most of the courier work here — parts runs, warehouse transfers and jobsite deliveries up the I-4 corridor, plus runs around Orlando Sanford International Airport.

Orange County

Winter Park

Winter Park is a short run from our base and skews toward professional services and retail — legal and financial documents moving between offices on Park Avenue, and white-glove final-mile for the independent retailers and galleries in the area.

View area

Polk County

Lakeland

Lakeland sits on the Orlando–Tampa corridor, which makes it a natural stop on runs heading either way. The work here is mostly distribution and freight — pallets between warehouses, parts to trade counters, and store replenishment along the I-4 spine.

View area

Hillsborough County

Tampa

Tampa is about 90 minutes west of our base, far enough that a scheduled or dedicated lane is often a better fit than ad-hoc rush work. Same-day is available, and a standing Orlando–Tampa route is the more economical option if you send that way regularly.

Marion County

Ocala

Ocala is about 90 minutes north of our base up I-75, close enough for same-day collection and delivery, with scheduled runs for freight and parts that can wait. Agricultural and equine supply, plus distribution into the industrial parks along the corridor, generate much of the courier work here.

Volusia County

Daytona Beach

Daytona Beach runs east from Sanford along I-4 and 92. Healthcare and automotive generate most of the courier work here — specimen and pharmacy runs between coastal clinics and the Orlando labs, and parts into the motorsport and repair trade the area is known for.

View area

Brevard County

Melbourne

Melbourne and the Space Coast lean technical — aerospace and electronics manufacturing, which means components that are valuable, sometimes fragile, and usually needed on a deadline. We also carry the usual medical and commercial work between Brevard and the Orlando metro.

Duval County

Jacksonville

Jacksonville is the largest city by area in the contiguous United States, and that single fact governs delivering here. A job from the Beaches to the Westside is an hour inside one city, so we quote Jacksonville by district rather than by city name. The St. Johns River splits it, and which bridge a driver takes matters more than the mileage does.

View area

Miami-Dade County

Miami

Miami is planned around its expressways rather than its street grid, and a delivery here is routed by the Palmetto and the Dolphin rather than by distance. Brickell and Downtown have loading restrictions and parking that a driver needs to know before arriving, while Doral is warehouse country and behaves completely differently. We treat them as separate jobs even when they share a ZIP code range.

View area

Broward County

Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale runs on water as much as roads. The New River drawbridges open on schedule and will hold a driver regardless of how urgent the job is, so we build that into the window rather than discovering it. The marine industry along the river generates component work that is often large, valuable and tied to the date a vessel is due out, so it is best booked as a scheduled run with the window agreed in advance.

Pinellas County

St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg sits at the bottom of a peninsula, so almost everything arriving from the mainland comes over the Gandy, the Howard Frankland or the Sunshine Skyway. Which one is quicker changes through the day, and getting that choice wrong is the single biggest avoidable delay on a St. Pete job.

View area

Collier County

Naples

Naples is the most seasonal market we serve. Between roughly November and April the population and the traffic on US 41 and Pine Ridge change completely, and a delivery window that works in August will not hold in February. Much of the courier work here is high-value — art, furnishings, medical equipment into private residences — which changes the handling as much as the routing.

Lee County

Fort Myers

Fort Myers is the commercial center of Southwest Florida and the practical base for anything in Lee County. The Caloosahatchee crossings into Cape Coral are the constraint here, and Cape Coral's canal layout means an address a mile away as the crow flies can be a long drive. We check that before quoting rather than after.

Palm Beach County

West Palm Beach

West Palm Beach is the legal and civic center of the county, and much of the courier work here is legal and financial paperwork with deadlines that are not negotiable. Crossing to Palm Beach Island means one of three bridges, all of which open for marine traffic, so island deliveries are planned around that.

Pinellas County

Clearwater

Clearwater has an aerospace and electronics manufacturing base that surprises people who only know the beach. Those suppliers generate precise, often urgent component work. The causeway to Clearwater Beach is a genuine bottleneck in season and we route around it where a job allows.

Alachua County

Gainesville

Gainesville is a university and teaching-hospital city, and its courier work reflects that: specimens, research material and temperature-controlled shipments, often with chain-of-custody documentation attached. Campus access and loading restrictions are worth confirming before dispatch.

View area

Leon County

Tallahassee

Tallahassee is the state capital and much of the courier work here has a statutory deadline attached. A filing that arrives after the clerk closes has failed, however close it got, so Tallahassee work is planned as scheduled or dedicated runs rather than quoted as rush from four hours away.

View area

Monroe County

Key West

Key West is the end of a single road. US 1 runs the whole chain and there is no alternative, which rules same-day out entirely — it is a seven-hour run each way from Orlando. Everything here is a dedicated or scheduled route, priced honestly for what it actually takes.

View area

Palm Beach County

Boca Raton

Boca Raton is corporate office country, and much of the courier work here is documents and small shipments moving between professional firms against fixed deadlines. Many of the office parks are gated with their own receiving procedures, which is worth telling us at booking — it is the difference between a delivery completed and a driver waiting at a barrier.

County not listed?

Every Florida county is still covered

The pages above are the counties with something specific to say, not the limit of where we go. Our drivers cover the whole state — if yours is not listed, tell us the route and we will quote it, or set up a dedicated lane if you send that way regularly.
