What the division covers
Warehousing, fulfillment and transportation
One partner across the whole chain, so inbound freight, the stock sitting still and the delivery to your customer are not three contracts and three phone numbers.
Warehousing & inventory
- Warehousing & storage: Secured space at our own Orlando base, 6100 Lake Ellenor Dr, climate-controlled or dry, for goods held overnight, day to day or longer.
- Inventory management: Your stock held as your stock — what arrived, what has gone out and what is left, confirmed with your account contact rather than estimated.
- Receiving & put-away: Inbound freight received at our Orlando base, checked against your paperwork and put away in the space set aside for it.
- Cross-docking: Freight broken down on arrival and sent straight back out the same day where that is what the job needs, instead of going into storage.
- Pallet & case distribution: Full pallets or loose cases sent out to stores, sites, dealers or customers on our own vehicles.
Fulfillment
- Pick & pack: Cartons opened, individual orders picked and packed, and handed straight to a driver in the same building.
- Order fulfillment: An order can be received, stored, picked, packed and delivered without a handover between a warehouse and a courier who have never spoken.
- B2B & B2C fulfillment: Deliveries to businesses and to residential addresses from the same stock, with the same tracking and the same proof of delivery.
- E-commerce fulfillment: Online orders picked, packed and delivered from our shelves instead of yours.
- Returns & reverse logistics: Customer returns collected, brought back here and put back into your stock rather than left for you to process.
Transportation & delivery
- Freight management: Palletized and oversized loads moved in cargo vans, box trucks and straight trucks across Florida.
- LTL & FTL coordination: Less-than-truckload and full-truckload movements coordinated as part of your program and priced by operations rather than a calculator.
- Dedicated transportation: A named driver and vehicle assigned to your work, with backup coverage arranged for absences.
- Scheduled distribution routes: Fixed-day runs between our warehouse, your sites and your customers, quoted against the schedule rather than per job.
- Retail replenishment: Standing stock runs out of storage here into your stores, on the days you set.
- Same-day & expedited delivery: Same-day across Central Florida — the counties within about two hours of Orlando — including runs out of stock we are already holding.
- Final-mile delivery: The last leg to the end customer, tracked live and closed with a photograph and a signature.
How APT 3PL works
Received, stored, picked, delivered, evidenced
Six steps, all of them under one roof at our Orlando base. Nothing in the chain waits on a third party to collect what we are already holding.
Step 1
Receive
Your inbound freight arrives at our Orlando base and is checked in against your paperwork.
Step 2
Store
It goes into the space set aside for it — climate-controlled or dry, whichever the goods need.
Step 3
Manage inventory
What is in, what has gone out and what is left stays reconciled with your account contact.
Step 4
Pick & pack
Orders are picked from your stock, packed, and labeled for the address they are going to.
Step 5
Ship & deliver
Stock leaves on our own vehicles — car through straight truck — same-day locally, scheduled or routed statewide.
Step 6
Track & confirm delivery
Every run carries a live tracking link and closes with a photograph and a signature on the job record.
Why businesses run it through us
What you get from one logistics partner
Six things that hold across the whole program, whether the job of the day is receiving a truck or delivering one carton.
Real-time visibility
Every delivery out of our warehouse carries a live tracking link you can forward to whoever is waiting on it, showing status from the moment it leaves to the moment it lands.
Proof of delivery
A photograph and a signature at the drop, attached to the job record and emailed to you — so a disputed delivery is settled from the record rather than from memory.
Scalable capacity
Warehouse capacity is confirmed based on each customer's volume and storage requirements, so a program can start small and be reviewed as it grows rather than being sized to a published number.
Dedicated account support
Your account is handled by the Orlando team that runs the warehouse and the routes. Call 407 770-3633 and you speak to them, not a call center in another state.
Flexible transportation
Car, SUV, pickup, cargo van, sprinter and straight truck, on same-day, scheduled, dedicated-route or freight terms — the vehicle and the service level are matched to the load.
Integrated warehousing & delivery
The storage and the fleet are the same company at the same address, so nobody is waiting on a third party to collect what we are already holding.

Storage & fulfillment
Stored here, picked and packed.
The space is at our own base on Lake Ellenor Drive, the base the delivery fleet runs from. It is secured, it comes in both climate-controlled and dry, and stock can sit there rather than having to move the same afternoon.
- Storage and delivery in one place: Goods sit at the same base the delivery fleet runs from, and leave on our own vehicles — so there is no handover between a warehouse and a courier who have never spoken.
- Climate-controlled or dry: Both are available, so goods that cannot sit in Florida heat and humidity are not stored as though they can. Say which yours need and the space is set aside before anything arrives.
- Insured on the premises: Our insurance covers goods stored here, not only goods in transit, so stock is not uncovered during the part of the job where nothing is moving.
- Overnight, day to day or longer: Stock can be held for as long as the program needs. Breaking freight down and sending it straight back out the same day is one way to use the space, not the limit of it.
Warehouse capacity is confirmed based on each customer's volume and storage requirements, and security specifications are confirmed during onboarding based on the warehouse or facility being used. Tell operations what you need held and both are answered against your program rather than from a web page.
What we store
Products we accept — and what we do not
Stated plainly, because a wrong assumption here is expensive for both of us. Anything on neither list is confirmed with you before it arrives.
Accepted
- General commercial merchandise: Boxed and packaged goods held by the pallet, the case or the carton.
- Palletized freight: Pallets in and pallets out, including loads broken down for distribution.
- Packaged products: Finished, packaged product awaiting an order, a store or a delivery date.
- E-commerce inventory: Stock held to be picked, packed and shipped as orders come in.
- Retail products: Store stock, display and promotional product held between dates.
- Automotive & industrial parts: Parts and components kept in Orlando so a counter or a crew is not waiting on a shipment.
Not stored at our facility
- Medication & pharmaceuticals: We do not store, hold or fulfill medication, pharmaceuticals or prescription products of any kind.
- Veterinary medicine: Animal medicines are prescription products too, and they are not stored here either.
- Controlled substances: Not stored, not held and not handled at our facility.
Our healthcare work is courier work. We move specimens, medical supplies and equipment between clinics, labs and facilities with chain-of-custody documentation — see medical courier — and that is transport, not warehousing. Storing medication on another business's behalf is separately licensed in Florida, and we do not offer it.
Industries we serve
Built around how your stock moves
The same warehouse and the same fleet, programmed differently depending on what is being held and who is waiting for it.
Healthcare & Medical
Medical courier work with chain-of-custody documentation — specimens, supplies and equipment moved between sites. Transport, not medication storage: we do not warehouse medicines.
E-Commerce
Inventory held, orders picked and packed, and final-mile delivery to the customer under one roof.
Retail
Store stock held off-site and replenished on fixed days, with display and promotional product held between dates.
Automotive Parts
Parts stock kept in Orlando and run out to dealers, repair shops and distributors as the orders land.
Manufacturing
Inbound components received and held, and finished product distributed out to customers and sites.
Industrial
Palletized and oversized industrial goods stored and moved in vans, box trucks and straight trucks.
HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical
Trade stock and job materials held here so a crew on site is not waiting on a supply house.
Food & Beverage
Packaged, shelf-stable product where the storage conditions we offer — climate-controlled or dry — are what the product needs. Tell us what it is and we confirm it before anything arrives.
Commercial Distribution
One program covering several locations, with scheduled distribution routes and multi-site drops.
How 3PL is priced
Quoted to your program
There is no rate card here, and that is not evasion — a 3PL price depends on things only you can tell us. Pricing is customized based on pallet positions or storage space, inbound receiving, storage duration, pick-and-pack requirements, outbound volume, transportation requirements and any special handling.
- Tell us what you hold: Roughly how much, for how long, climate-controlled or dry, and what has to go back out.
- Operations prices it: Priced as a program against committed volume and schedule, not per job and not per mile.
- You decide: You get the proposal in writing. Nothing is agreed until you accept it, and no payment is taken on this website.

What the stock moves on
Deliveries in this program
These are the delivery services your stock moves on, each bookable or quotable on its own. Warehousing, receiving, inventory and pick-and-pack are not among them: they are quoted as part of the program rather than booked individually — ask for 3PL pricing and they are priced together with the delivery work below.
Typical programs
What customers keep with us
Some of the shapes this takes. If yours is not one of them it is still worth a call — most programs here started as somebody describing an awkward problem.
- Freight that arrives before the store, site or customer is ready to take it
- Online orders picked, packed and shipped from our shelves instead of yours
- A truckload broken down and sent out to local addresses over the following days
- Trade stock and job materials kept in Orlando so a crew is not waiting on a shipment
- Event, display and promotional stock held between dates and delivered to the venue
Where it goes once it leaves
Out of Orlando, same-day covers Central Florida — the counties within about two hours of the base — and the rest of Florida runs as scheduled, dedicated-route or freight work. Coverage county by county is listed on our service areas pages.
Buying for a public agency or a prime contractor? The registrations, insurance and paperwork your procurement team asks for are set out on our government contracts page, and a warehousing line can be quoted inside a scope of work.
Request a 3PL quote
Tell us what you store and how it moves
Five answers are all that is required; the rest is the brief operations prices against, so every one you fill in is a question you will not be asked on the call. Nothing is agreed until you accept it in writing, and no payment is taken on this website.
Before you commit
Warehousing and fulfillment, answered
Anything not answered here, call 407 770-3633 and you will speak to someone in Orlando who runs the warehouse.
How much warehouse space can you give us?+
Warehouse capacity is confirmed based on each customer's volume and storage requirements. Tell us roughly how much you need held and for how long, and we will confirm what we can take before you commit to anything. We do not publish pallet counts or square footage, because space is committed as customers take it.
Can goods be stored overnight, or do you only cross-dock?+
Either. Stock can be held overnight, day to day, or for longer stretches. Breaking freight down and sending it straight back out the same day is one way to use the space, not the only one.
Is the storage climate-controlled?+
Both climate-controlled and dry storage are available. Say which your goods need when you ask for a quote so the right space is reserved rather than found afterwards.
Is the space secured, and what are the security specifications?+
The space is secured. The specifications are confirmed during onboarding, based on the warehouse or facility your goods will be held in, rather than advertised — so if your contract needs particular provisions stated in writing, tell us what they are and we will confirm what we can meet before you commit to anything.
Are my goods insured while they are sitting in storage?+
Yes. Our insurance covers goods stored on our premises as well as goods in transit. Tell us what you are storing when you ask for a quote and we will confirm the cover against it before anything arrives.
Do you pick and pack individual orders?+
Yes. We open cartons, pick and pack individual orders and hand them straight to a driver, for business and residential addresses alike. That is what makes this order fulfillment rather than pallet storage with a delivery bolted on.
What kinds of products do you accept?+
General commercial merchandise, palletized freight, packaged products, e-commerce inventory, retail products, automotive and industrial parts, and similar goods. Tell us what yours are when you ask for a quote and we will confirm them against the storage conditions and the handling the product needs.
Can you store medication, pharmaceuticals or veterinary medicine?+
No. We do not store, hold, handle or fulfill medication, pharmaceuticals, prescription products, veterinary medicine or controlled substances. Our healthcare work is courier work — specimens, supplies and equipment moved with chain-of-custody documentation — which is transport rather than storage.
How does stock get out once it is stored?+
On our own vehicles rather than a carrier we hand it to — car through straight truck. Out of Orlando that can be same-day across Central Florida, and scheduled, dedicated-route or freight work statewide. Every run is tracked live and closed with a photograph and a signature.
What does 3PL and fulfillment cost?+
It is quoted rather than listed. Pricing is customized based on pallet positions or storage space, inbound receiving, storage duration, pick-and-pack requirements, outbound volume, transportation requirements and any special handling. Send us those and operations comes back with a figure in writing. Nothing is agreed until you accept it.
