Can we set up account billing?+
Yes. Approved business accounts are invoiced on Net-30 terms with one consolidated invoice rather than a stack of individual bookings. PO numbers, cost centers and departments all carry through from the booking form to the invoice.
Do you handle recurring routes?+
Yes. Standing daily or weekly routes are priced against committed volume rather than per job, so a daily run is not priced as a string of one-off bookings. You get a named driver and vehicle assigned to the schedule.
Can our customers track their own delivery?+
Yes. Every booking generates a live tracking link you can forward straight to your customer, showing status from collection through to delivery, so your team fields fewer where-is-it calls.
What if a delivery is disputed?+
Every completed job carries a photograph of the item in place, a digital signature from whoever received it, and a GPS-stamped time. Disputes get settled with a record rather than a recollection.
