Yes. Add site access notes, gate codes and a contact name when booking and they travel with the driver. Liftgate and pallet jack can be requested where there is no forklift on site.
Do you handle palletised freight?+
Yes — cargo van through box truck and straight truck, up to roughly 15,000 lbs. Anything requiring a full trailer is quoted individually.
Can we add purchase order numbers to bookings?+
Yes. PO number, reference, cost centre and department fields are all on the booking form and carry through to dispatch and your invoice.
