Can we set up account billing?+
Yes. Approved business accounts are invoiced on Net-30 terms with one consolidated invoice rather than a stack of individual bookings. PO numbers, cost centres and departments all carry through from the booking form to the invoice.
Do you handle recurring routes?+
Yes. Standing daily or weekly routes are priced against committed volume rather than per job, which almost always works out lower than booking the same run repeatedly. You get a named driver and vehicle assigned to the schedule.
Can our customers track their own delivery?+
Yes. Every booking generates a live tracking link you can forward straight to your customer, showing status from collection through to delivery. Most accounts tell us it noticeably reduces inbound calls to their front desk.
What if a delivery is disputed?+
Every completed job carries a photograph of the item in place, a digital signature from whoever received it, and a GPS-stamped time. Disputes get settled with a record rather than a recollection.
