How soon can I start?+
Onboarding usually completes within 24 hours of a submitted application, provided your licence, insurance and work eligibility check out. Most drivers take their first job the same week they apply.
When do I get paid?+
Weekly by direct deposit, with instant payout available when you need the money sooner. Earnings for each completed delivery are visible in your account as you go.
Do I need a special vehicle?+
No. A car or SUV covers most parcel and document work. A van or box truck opens up freight and pallet jobs, which pay more — but you can start with whatever you already drive.
Do I have to work set hours?+
No. You accept the jobs that suit your schedule. Some drivers run full days, others pick up a few local jobs around other commitments.
Is this employment or contract work?+
Independent contractor. You use your own vehicle and set your own availability, and you are responsible for your own insurance and taxes.
